Many years ago, company AB, which operates in the area of XYZ and has a staff contingent of XXX, concluded a rental agreement for a communication system with one of the leading manufacturers in this area.

Collaboration between SNcom and the IT department of AB on a consultancy level meant that the old communication system could be replaced with a new system with significantly improved functions.

The new communication system not only offers improved performance, the monthly rental costs are also substantially lower.

Solution

Our special know-how in the area of IT enabled us to dispose of all superfluous components of the communication system, which resulted in a much more cost-effective offer than the initial proposal by the supplier.

This meant savings to such an extent that AB was able to procure an additional new system for computer telephone integration (CTI) and a unified messaging system (UMS).
